1. Booking and Payments

  • Lessons must be booked in advance via phone, email, or our online system.

  • Full payment is required before the start of any lesson or course.

  • We accept [list accepted payment methods, e.g., bank transfer, credit/debit card, cash].

  • Prices are subject to change but will be honoured once a booking is confirmed.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

  • You must provide at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a lesson.

  • Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in the full lesson fee being charged.

  • Refunds for unused prepaid lessons will be issued upon request, minus any applicable administrative fees.

  • Intensive courses require 14 days’ cancellation notice before the start date for a full refund.

  • No refunds will be issued once the course has started unless due to exceptional circumstances.

3. Lesson Duration and Attendance

  • A standard driving lesson lasts [e.g., 60 or 90 minutes].

  • Students must bring a valid UK provisional driving licence to each lesson.

  • Late arrival by the student may result in a shorter lesson without a fee adjustment.

  • If the instructor is late, the time will be made up or rescheduled at no additional cost.

4. Instructor and Vehicle Availability

  • While we strive to maintain continuity, specific instructors or vehicles cannot always be guaranteed.

  • If a vehicle is unavailable due to breakdown or other issues, lessons will be rescheduled at no penalty.

5. Student Responsibilities

  • Students must ensure they are medically and legally fit to drive.

  • Any medication or health issues that may affect driving must be disclosed.

  • Abuse or inappropriate behaviour toward instructors will result in immediate termination of lessons without refund.

6. Driving Tests

  • Practical tests will only be booked after mutual agreement between student and instructor.

  • Use of the driving school vehicle for the test is subject to instructor approval and may incur an additional charge.

  • The instructor reserves the right to refuse use of the vehicle if the student is not test-ready.

7. Insurance and Liability

  • All vehicles used for instruction are insured for driving tuition and DVSA practical tests.

  • The school and its instructors are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained outside of lessons or due to negligence on the part of the student.

8. Data Protection

  • Personal information is handled according to our [Privacy Policy].

  • By booking lessons, you consent to the collection and use of your data for the purpose of providing tuition and communicating with you.

9. Complaints

  • Any concerns should be raised with your instructor directly or emailed to info@beginnerswheel.co.uk.

  • Formal complaints will be acknowledged within 5 working days and resolved as quickly as possible.

10. Changes to Terms

  • We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions. Updated versions will be posted on our website and take effect immediately upon publication.
