🚗 Driving School Refund Policy

Effective Date: 21/05/2025

1. Cooling-Off Period

Customers are entitled to a full refund for any prepaid driving lessons or packages if cancellation occurs within 14 days of the initial booking, provided that:

• No lessons have been taken.

• No practical or theory tests have been booked on your behalf.

2. Lesson Cancellations

• A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a lesson.

• Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in the lesson fee being forfeited.

3. Block Bookings

• Refunds for unused lessons in a block booking will be calculated based on the number of lessons taken and any applicable discount.

• An administration fee of [£10–£25] may be deducted from any refund amount.

4. Intensive Courses

• Cancellations must be made at least 14 days before the start of the course.

• Late cancellations may incur a penalty or forfeit part of the fee.

• Once the course has started, refunds are generally not provided unless due to exceptional circumstances.

5. Test Booking Fees

• Fees paid to book theory or practical tests on the student's behalf are non-refundable once the booking is confirmed with the DVSA.

6. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds or rescheduling due to medical or personal emergencies will be considered on a case-by-case basis and may require documentation.

7. Refund Process

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days of approval.
